Handbooks are free for new residents to the neighborhood.
Any BHNA member who has a new neighbor should contact and we will arrange to get a copy of the Handbook to the member to deliver to the new resident.
For members, Handbooks are $5. Contact Howie or , BHNA Treasurer.

Handbooks will also be available for sale at every BHNA meeting and event throughout the year.
